Dream Mix

In order to satisfy in the best way all requests of small, medium and great farms, Nasi has designed two new series of vertical mixing wagons: DREAM MIX with one auger (from 10 cubic meters to 14 cubic meters) and DREAM MIX TWO with two augers (from 16 cubic meters to 22 cubic meters).
Thanks to the application of an extremely advanced technology, the greatest care and attention in the construction of each single machine, but first of all thanks to the great experience of NASI s.r.l. in this field, NASI VERTICAL MIXING WAGONS grant the maximum reliability and safety, allowing to obtain an excellent mixture, rapidly and with a low power absorption.
The introduction of great quantities of every kind of product for feeding (huge, round, prismatic bales and so on….) can be made easily and rapidly thanks to the particular form of the caisson.
For the model DREAM MIX, one vertical big auger, furnished with proper knives and a particular system of opposite – knives, powered by an epicycloidal reduction gear, will provide to cut and mix all components.
The model DREAM MIX TWO is equipped with two augers and two epicycloidal reduction gears.
The final product will be a high quality, soft, homogeneous mixture with unchanged original nutritive values.

Details

The augers are equipped with special blades and along with an efficacious opposite – knives system which is hydraulically adjustable (or with electronically programmable movements, on request), allow to cut all kinds of forage, in a clear and quick way, with a noteworthy saving of time and power. Our vertical mixing system, designed and developed in the course of years side by side with the farmers and characterized by a very particular and customised auger, grants to obtain a final product of exceptional quality with unchanged original nutritive values. On cattle nourished with NASI mixing wagons it was noticed a noteworthy increase of milk production and a great reduction of diseases.

The expansion tank located on the side of the machine makes it easy to monitor and load the oil in the planetary gearboxes.
From this follows an easy maintenance, which positively affects the reliability and durability of the machine.

The change of speed, halving the number of revolutions, means that the mixing wagon can also be towed by tractors of not high power.

A rugged bilateral carpet allows to carry out easily the discharging of product, reducing at minimum the manoeuvres with the maximum optimization of times and a consequent saving.

The programmable electronic weighing system is equipped with a power pack, which, on request, can be furnished in various models. Each NASI mixing wagon is equipped with 4 weighing sensors.

The little staircase placed on the front part of the machine is equipped with a wide stamping plane from which is possible to check the mixing status in a handy and safe way.

An efficient system of knives with adjustable angle and, on request, electronically managed counter knives, allow you to quickly cut different types of fodder without hindering the correct mixing of the products.

A rudder, at the same time lean and sturdy, allows the operator to maneuver the machine with ease thanks to a large steering angle.

The hopper allows you to easily load flour and food supplements from the ground.
